On account of The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) entered into force, we would like to inform that acting as enterprise POLCREATIVE GROUP Sp. z o.o. we are responsible for the processing of personal data and we do process it in a safe and lawful way.
Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) is applicable in Poland as of May 25th, 2018.

For what purpose and basis are the personal data processed?
Personal data are to be processed on the basis of Article 6, Paragraph 1b of The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in order to carry out contractual obligations, including taking contact on the current issues, fulfilling obligations arising from signed agreements, offers preparation, accepting and processing orders and on the basis of Article 6, Paragraph 1c of The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for the tax legislation purposes and other commonly applicable legal regulations purposes.
Data sharing is voluntary however necessary on account of the above-mentioned purposes.
Who has access to your personal data?
Personal data can be transferred to entities or bodies in circumstances when otherwise taking contractual actions will not be possible. Polcreative Group Sp. z o.o. enterprise is allowed to transfer personal data e.g. to bookkeeping office, IT services providers, logistic/transport companies delivering customer orders, etc.
Are personal data to be transferred to third countries / international organisation?
Your personal data is not to be transferred to third countries / international organisation
How long personal data is kept?
Your data will be kept if our cooperation arising from signed agreements will be valid and after its expiry as long as possible claims resulting from expired agreement can be placed.
What are your privacy rights connected with personal data processing?
You have rights to demand from the controller access to your personal data, to have incorrect data corrected or deleted, to have the personal data processing limited and right to object the personal data processing as well as to transfer your personal data at any time.
You have right to appeal to a supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of data concerning you is in breach of The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of 27 April 2016.
Are personal data to be processed in an automated way (including profiling way)?
POLCREATIVE GROUP Sp. z o.o. does not process personal data in an automated way (including profiling way).
